What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be starting at 5pm in The Barns at Wolf Trap, at 1635 Trap Road, Vienna, VA, 22182 .

What is the dress code?

Dress to impress! Please wear formal attire (suits and dresses) to enjoy an evening of celebration!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be inside two awesome historic barns!

What will the weather be?

Virginia weather in September typically ranges from mid 60s to high 80s and sometimes it rains, sometimes it pours.

What will the wedding-day timeline look like?

5:00 PM – Ceremony

5:30 PM – Cocktail hour begins

6:30 PM – Reception begins

10:00 PM- Reception ends

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your children but we kindly ask they not attend our wedding.

Can I take photos?

Because we are hiring a photographer, we kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony and save your photo-taking for the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Please RSVP through our wedding website, theknot.com/claireandmikeswipedright. Please provide your email when prompted to complete the RSVP.

When is RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2024. Thank you!

Will there be blocked hotel rooms?

Yes! We will be blocking hotel rooms with the Archer Hotel in Falls Church at 8296 Glass Alley, Fairfax VA 22031.

Please follow these steps to access the GROUP rate:

1. Go to https://archerhotel.com/falls-church/book/lynch-sundt-wedding

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Book Your Special Rate”

3. Go to the calendar and select your preferred arrival and departure dates (link will default to 1 night, so kindly select the correct check out date to update the availability)

4. Then click Search Reservations will require a credit card for guarantee

5. Reservations can also be made via phone at 855-240-8252

If you would like to book a room with our hotel block, please book your room by August 16, 2024.

Transportation will be provided from the Archer Hotel to the wedding venue.
