When should I book my travel?
We recommend booking your travel accommodations as soon as possible! We do have a room block at Treasure Island. They also offer a promotion for a 2 night stay, and reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Also, Wolf Tower is the new wing of the resort, and we suggest booking in that wing.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is Cocktail/Semi-Formal. We recommend a suit & tie for men and cocktail/semi-formal dresses for women. No Jeans or t-shirts please! Additionally, the ceremony is on a grass lawn so re-think stiletto's, opt for a chunky heel.
Also, prepare for weather of about 70 degrees during the day and 63 after sunset.
What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a satin champagne.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors in direct sun (weather permitting), and the reception will be held indoors.
Are the Ceremony and Reception location wheelchair accessible?
Willow Brooke is a farm and vineyard therefor has a lot of grass and gravel. There will be golf cart attendants who will be able to shuttle guests to their desired location. The cocktail hour and reception space is fully accessible.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue and the parking attendant will direct you to where to park. Vehicles can be left overnight, but need to be picked up by 10am Sunday morning.
Are kids welcome?
Although we love your kids, this is an adult only wedding.
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Yes, please see "Provided Shuttle Schedule" Tab for shuttles on day of wedding.
PLEASE NOTE: There are very limited RideShare (Uber/lyft/etc) drivers available in Redwing. If you miss the provided shuttles you will be responsible for your own transportation. We have listed taxi services under the "Travel" tab.
Can we leave a car overnight at the venue?
The venue does allow overnight parking. All cars left overnight need to be picked up by 10:00 am Sunday.
Can I bring a plus one?
All guests invited will be listed on your invitation.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM. If you arrive after this time, please be respectful to the wedding party and enter the ceremony space once all wedding party and the bride have walked down the aisle. Thank you for understanding!
The room block at Treasure Island is full, what do I do?
