The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Wisconsin weather is unpredictable and while we are hoping for the best, we are also prepared for the cold! Please check the weather prior to our date and plan accordingly. The average temperature at this time of year ranges from 50-60 degrees!

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor space weather permitting; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. If the weather is not favorable the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception will be held indoors.

After the ceremony, Claire and Maxx will be taking photos with family for a few minutes. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Hors d'oeuvers will be available during cocktail hour with a buffet dinner to follow! The following will be served for dinner - Harvest Salad, Chef Carved Turkey Breast, Bistro Steak Medallions, Butternut Squash Ravioli (Vegetarian), Rosemary-Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine. Dessert to follow with cake from Aggie's Bakery!

A Chef's choice meal is available for any dietary restrictions, just let us know when you RSVP!

Yes! Shuttle Times: To the Ceremony/Reception starting at Milwaukee Marriot West at 2:45 pm servicing all three of our blocked hotels. During the reception shuttles will be available at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 pm going back to all three of our blocked hotels.
