If you are arriving on Saturday, July 5th, Holiday Inn Express & Suites has a check-in time of 3 pm (the shuttle departs for our venue at 3:15 pm), and Homewood Suites has a check-in time of 4 pm, which is also our ceremony start time. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but may be requested.

Dulles Airport (IAD) is conveniently located approximately 16 miles from Leesburg hotels and 30 miles from our wedding venue.
Road Yachts
Wedding day transportation for guests will arrive at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Homewood Suites at 3:00pm and depart at 3:15pm for Silverbrook Farm.
Transportation will return to Silverbrook Farm at 10:15pm and depart at 10:30pm for drop-off at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Homewood Suites.

Holiday Inn Express also has a complimentary airport shuttle to Dulles Airport from 7 am-5pm. Guests needing to rent a car can contact 703-777- 5800 for discounted rates with Enterprise Rental Car in Leesburg. The Rate Code is L16V68G / COM.
Guests wishing to make reservations for the wedding block need to do so before the cutoff date of June 4, 2025.

Reservations may be made directly with the room reservation department by calling the toll-free number 1-800-HILTONS or by calling the hotel directly at 571-258-1068 and requesting the group rate for "Clauw-Nawojchik Wedding Group." Guest room options include king bed 1-bedroom suites and king bed studio suites.
