Can I bring a date/plus one?
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally named on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.
What should I wear?
We'd love it if you wore some festive cocktail attire - think fun colors and patterns, midi/tea length dresses, suit jackets and fun ties if you feel like - something you can party comfortably in!
We also suggest checking the weather and bringing a light jacket as the ceremony will be outdoors and there is access to a balcony during the reception.
Is the venue handicapped accessible?
Yes, the venue has an elevator that will take guests to both the rooftop ceremony location as well as the reception floor.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Both! The ceremony will be on the rooftop (weather-permitting) and the reception will be indoors with an outdoor patio.
Where can I park?
There will be plenty of parking near the venue. If you party a little too hard, we encourage you to leave your car and pick it up in the morning! (Ride share services do come to the venue)
Since the venue is within the Canmore Nordic Provincial Park, you will need to purchase a parking pass for the day for each vehicle ($15 CAD/day). This can be done on-site in the Day Lodge or online here. We encourage you to use it to explore the Provincial Park while you have it (we saw the most stunning dog park ever)!
