If the weather is nice, we will be having our ceremony OUTSIDE in the venue's courtyard space. In the event of rain, we will have our ceremony indoors. Reception will be indoors either way.

We invite everyone to wear semi-formal attire for our wedding! Please no jeans or denim.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding! If you need recommendations for babysitters, please contact us and we can help to coordinate!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

There will be gluten free and dairy free options. If you have any specific restrictions, please contact us and we will accommodate!

Equestria West has a large parking lot directly next to the venue that can accommodate our guests' vehicles. If you decide to leave your vehicle overnight, all cars must be picked up by 11am on Sunday, June 8th.

Yes!! We will have a shuttle available to bring guests to and from the venue from our hotel block at the Marriott Southwest. Please note that Ubers can be difficult to order from our venue. If you need to leave your car overnight for safety purposes, please plan to take the shuttle to the hotel and Uber from there.
