We want you to look and feel your absolute best for our big day! The dress code on the invitation states cocktail attire: you can't go wrong with a suit, shirt and tie with dress pants, as well as formal dresses or elegant jumpsuits! Keep in mind it is a winter wedding so coats and shawls may be wise for transitions between buildings. That said, all of the wedding events will be held indoors (except perhaps for the occasional group shot outside).

Please arrive promptly at 11:30am so that the ceremony can start on time at 12 noon.

Yes, there will be about an hour gap between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast (reception dinner) so that we can take some snaps with our wonderful photographer, Tom. Refreshments will be available in the Moat Barn while you catch up with family and friends and you should definitely take the opportunity to peruse the wedding photos from family members displayed on the central table!

Yes! Please bring a debit or credit card as Bassmead Manor Barns operates a cashless bar.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at the drinks reception immediately after the ceremony, followed by a delicious three-course sit-down dinner.

Absolutely! Please get in touch if you want to double check that we already have your dietary restrictions to guarantee you are well-catered for during the dinner. There will also be gluten free and dairy-free wedding cakes!

Unfortunately, the Registrar requests that no photographs are to be taken during the ceremony with the exception of our professional wedding photographer, Tom.
