Q + A

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and soaking in the moment. We want everyone to be settled and ready to celebrate as the couple makes their big entrance!

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits or slacks with a button-down shirt. Spring colors such as florals and soft pastels are encouraged as well!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is to be held outdoors to enjoy the beautiful venue, weather permitting, of course! If it rains, we’ll move the celebration indoors to keep everyone comfortable. Our venue has both indoor and outdoor spaces, so the cocktail hour and reception will flow across both, giving you plenty of room to mingle, dance, and have fun!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site for all guests. Whether you’re driving in or carpooling, you’ll have easy access to the venue with no stress about finding a spot.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this celebration mostly adults-only. Unless specifically mentioned on your invitation or if they’re part of the wedding party, we kindly ask that children stay home so parents can fully relax and enjoy the festivities.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

During cocktail hour, we’ll be serving one of our favorites, boiled peanuts. For the reception, the meal will feature pork loin, baked chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, and red potatoes. Beverage options will include tea, water, and lemonade. For those who’d like to raise a toast, beer and wine will also be available. To finish off the evening on a sweet note, we'll be serving donuts for dessert!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony to keep the moment intimate and distraction-free. We kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away until the reception, where there’ll be plenty of chances to snap photos and share the joy on social media.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus one if it is specifically indicated on their invitation. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who have been formally invited. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out.
