Our story started with a simple Twitter message after a weekend of state band events, and it turned into the best years of our lives. For our first date, we grabbed salads at Doc Greens (even though we really wanted chicken strips and mac and cheese), wandered through Target, and saw La La Land. We even kept our movie ticket as a memento in our wallets to this day!

Even though we went to rival high schools, music brought us together, and it stayed a huge part of our lives through college at KU. After graduation, we moved to Kansas City, adopted our dog Ruby, and started building a life we love.

We feel so lucky to have each other and all of you in our corner. Thanks for celebrating with us, we can’t wait for what’s next!
