What are the meal options?

We will be having a variety hot slider sandwiches, beef tips, a french fry bar, macaroni and cheese, and a salad. Please disclose any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What time shall I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm. Please be there no later than 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat.

Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We ask that our guests follow the semi-formal / cocktail dress etiquette.

Can I bring a guest / date?

If you received a plus one or your guest’s name is listed on the invitation then we would love to have them at our wedding. Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep this an adults only event. We encourage you to take a night off and use this evening as a date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

How do we get there?

There will be bus transportation provided from the hotel in Somerset to the venue. Because there is limited space on the bus to get to the venue, guests that are staying at the hotel will be given first priority. The bus will be making two trips after the reception back to the hotel. The first one will be at 9:30 p.m. and the later one will be at 11:30 p.m.

Should I wear any special attire?

Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail dress attire. Ladies that plan on wearing heels should be aware that the venue is primarily grass covered. Block style heels would be the best option to keep from sinking into the grass while walking. Even though we are celebrating in July, the venue is known for having a constant breeze. If you get cold easily, bring a sweater or jacket for the evening festivities.

What should I expect when I arrive to the venue?

Parking attendants will show guests where to park and show them the direction of the ceremony. Handicapped guests will be provided a ride to the ceremony space via golf cart.
