Ceremony Etiquette
The couple asks that you not use any phones or personal cameras during the ceremony. They have hired a photographer, content creator(the only one allowed to have a phone out) and videographer who will all do an amazing job capturing the moment.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Spring Formal attire is requested for the wedding day. Please reserve the color White for the bride.
Ladies,
Think floor length dresses with spring colors.
Denim of any type(pants, jackets, dresses) and dresses above the knee are not appropriate for this event.
The estate grounds are quite grassy, keep that in mind with footwear and with the Montana spring please be prepared for all types of weather.
The bridesmaids are wearing shades of green.

IS THIS A CHILD FRIENDLY WEDDING?
The couple loves your children, but due to space restrictions they cannot accommodate everyone on our wedding day. However, if childcare is not an available option, please reach out & accommodations can be made.
CAN I STAY AT VENUE WITH YOU?
Everyone is so excited to welcome you to one of the most stunning areas in Montana! The venue is at capacity at the moment. Please let the couple know if you need assistance booking lodging.
What hotels are in the area?
The nearest towns are Big Fork, Kalispell, & Polson. Blocks have been made at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell, the Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell, & The Best Western Plus Flathead Lake Inn & Suites for your convenience. There are a multitude of Airbnbs and campsites in the area if you're interested and the couple can help group people if needed.
More About the Venue
The venue is a smoke-free facility and the use of vapes is prohibited inside the buildings. Any guests violating smoking restrictions will be asked to leave by event staff.
WHAT TIME DOES THE WEDDING RECEPTION GO UNTIL?
The wedding reception & dance will end at midnight.
When Do I Need to RSVP By?
Please RSVP by April 12th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will not be able to accommodate you. We will need to provide our vendors and venue the exact number of guests by April 13th.
Can I Bring a Date?
Unfortunately the venue cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at the venue, we only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Names} & Guest” if a plus-one has been given to you.
Are Dogs Allowed?
The couple loves your furry bestie as much as you do, but dogs are not allowed at the venue.
