We are thrilled to invite you to join us as we celebrate our wedding this May at the beautiful Fenway Hotel, located in Dunedin. All wedding events will be held poolside at this historic hotel.

Venue & History

Nestled on Florida’s Gulf Coast, the Fenway Hotel dates back to the Jazz Age. Construction began in 1924 and the hotel opened in 1927, originally conceived as a luxury destination for winter visitors. Throughout its history it has hosted explorers, artists, politicians, and musicians, and is celebrated as an icon of its era. We love the way its storied past and seaside location naturally lend themselves to our celebration!

Wedding Events

Together we’ll be hosting the entire day on the pool deck. From cocktail hour to a late night dance, we will be spending and evening together with a lush and resort-style backdrop! We envision an elegant yet relaxed evening: cocktails by the pool, mingling on the lawn, dinner at sunset, and dancing into the night.

Dinner & Drinks

We’ll be celebrating with Fenway Hotel's menu, which highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients and coastal-inspired flavors. Here’s what’s included in our reception experience:4-Hour Open Bar – Cocktail hour plus three hours during the dinner reception. This will be beer and wine only, with a full cash bar located inside the hotel. There are two airports in the area, making travel to Dunedin easy and convenient no matter where you’re coming from. St. Petersburg–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) – 13.9 miles awayTypically the most convenient option for domestic travelers.About a 20–25 minute drive to the hotel. Tampa International Airport (TPA) – 21.6 miles awayMajor international airport with the most flight options.Around a 35–40 minute drive to Dunedin. Both airports are easily accessible by rideshare, taxi, or rental car.

Clearwater

St. Pete

30–45 minutes to the venue St. Pete is a little farther out, but it’s a great option for anyone wanting a vibrant downtown scene with lots of restaurants, bars, and art.Approximate travel time to the venue: 30–40 minutesHotel options: <a href="http://www.hollanderhotel.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hollander Hotel</a> — stylish and affordable in the heart of downtown.<a href="https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/sptshhf-hilton-st-petersburg-bayfront/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hilton Bayfront</a>— downton waterfront hotel with great service. Word to the Wise

From a local’s perspective, Tampa International (TPA) is your best bet for a good deal on flights and rental cars, about 35 minutes from Dunedin. On the other hand, St. Pete (PIE) is smaller and closer if you find a good deal. When it comes to staying nearby, Dunedin fills up quickly (especially in spring), so book early if you want to be walking distance from the venue and downtown. Clearwater is ideal if you’re craving a beach weekend, and St. Pete is perfect for those who love a mix of restaurants, art, and nightlife.&nbsp; If you’re unsure where to stay, just reach out.
