Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will conveniently be held at Loblolly Event and Wedding Venue. Our ceremony will be a seated for our exchange of vows and wedding procession. Cocktail hour will be immediately following the ceremony, featuring yard games, live music by Joe Mapp & The Coordinates, and light fare from 3:30-4:30/5:00 pm. The reception will be held in The Westscott Barn on the property until 10:00 pm.

Although we love your children, we ask for you to please make arrangements for them during our ceremony & reception. We can only host children from immediate family. We want you to enjoy the evening in adult celebration!

There is ample parking in the front property of the venue. We ask that you follow the expectations and rules set by the venue in regards to parking. Overnight parking is allowed, but all cars must be picked up before 10 AM on Sunday, October 27th.

We are currently scheduling transportation for our guests from the hotel via a shuttle bus. Please check back for more information on time and location. Uber & Lyft will drive across the Wright Memorial Bridge into Currituck.

Our reception will host the culinary creations of Chef Timothy Gard from Blue Water and Chef Dylan Luks. We will be offering a buffet style dinner with assigned seating. Please look for your table and seating arrangement when you arrive to the reception.

We love making new friends, but please only bring the people who are written on your invitation. Our venue can only accommodate 150 guests safely.

Adult beverages will be served at cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Adult beverages will not be served before or during the ceremony.

Cocktail wedding casual. Please dress for Autumn weather on the Outer Banks - the weather could be mild and perfect, it could be 90 degrees with 100% humidity!
