This is Dylan's favorite local distillery! His sip of choice is their Copper City Cabernet Cask Finished Bourbon, which is distilled in-house. Besides bourbon and Arizona whiskey, they also concoct all their own rye whiskey, vodka, gin and even brandy, which can all be enjoyed in their very cool and classy bar room.
