We encourage you to wear formal/semi formal attire! It's important to know that the entirety of the wedding will be outdoors. Our tent for the reception has A/C and heating, but the sides will most likely be open.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate for the guests that were formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

The venue is NOT kid friendly. We ask that you kindly find a sitter for your kiddos. Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony will be "unplugged" (no phones or cameras). We ask this to minimize any possible distractions to the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us on our special day is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired a professional photographer that will capture our special moments. After the ceremony, feel free to snap as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

There will be a shuttle bus that will pick up our guests from the Hilton Garden Inn 45 minutes before the ceremony begins. After the wedding reception, there will be a shuttle bus back to the hotel. Parking is available at the wedding venue as well if you prefer to drive yourself. Your car must be off of the premise by 10:45am the next day.
