While we love little humans, this is an adults only event (21+).
The ceremony will be hosted at The Backstage Event Center (625 Walnut St, Cincinnati, OH 45202) with reception to follow at the same location. Please see below for the timeline of events:
4:20 PM - Guest Arrival (Doors Open)
5:00 PM - Ceremony
5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour
7:00 PM - Reception
Guest arrival begins at 4:20 PM. To ensure a smooth start to the ceremony, we kindly request your arrival by 4:45 PM at the latest, as the doors may close briefly for the bride's entrance. We will reopen the doors for the cocktail hour at 5:30 PM. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Yes! The venue has an elevator from the main lobby (street level) to the event space. There are no stairs within the event space.
We have a number of parking spaces reserved for our guests in a nearby garage. Please visit the "PARKING" tab above for more details.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be street closures due to the fantastic art events taking place all weekend. Please plan your transportation arrangements accordingly and allow extra time for arrival on the wedding day. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony begins. Doors will re-open for the cocktail hour.
Please note that we cannot guarantee spaces for our guests. There are several parking garages in the area, including but not limited to: 580 Walnut Street, Fountain Square (entrances on Walnut & Vine between 5th & 6th), 600 Vine Street, and more (please inquire if you have difficulty finding parking locations).
Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal/Formal. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

*Please Note: Once your RSVP is received, the bride and groom will reach out to provide additional details. We have a block of hotel rooms reserved for our guests and will be managing the room reservations internally. Please be sure to indicate whether or not you require a hotel room when submitting your response on the RSVP form. Availability cannot be guaranteed if we do not receive your accommodation request by September 4th.
We're excited to celebrate our special day with you and would be honored by your presence. In order to ensure that we can accommodate all our guests comfortably, we kindly ask for your understanding that invitations are limited to those specifically named on each invitation. We hope you share in our desire to keep our wedding intimate and meaningful.
We respectfully request that the ceremony be phone/camera free. We have a fantastic professional photographer who will be sure to document the most special and intimate moments of this day. However, we welcome our guests to take as many photos as they would like during the cocktail hour and reception. A link to a website will be available prior to the event so you can share your photos with the bride & groom and the other guests.
The reception will end around 11:00 PM.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have a home filled with love and most of the things we need. Your presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. But if you'd like to celebrate further, we created a home and honeymoon fund in lieu of traditional gifts. This will be used towards our first adventures as a married couple, at home and abroad.
