We have arranged for a shuttle to take you to and from the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook and The Old Field Club. The shuttle will making trips leaving the hotel at 5:40 to ensure everyone arrives to cocktail hour on time. The shuttle back to the hotel will leave the Old Field Club beginning at 10:30 for anyone who wishes to leave early and make continuous trips until 11:45.
