While we adore the little ones, think of this as a kid free affair! We want to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration, and to be completely honest, we expect a baseline debauchery from our guests this weekend.

We suggest flying into Charlottesville Albemarle airport or Richmond international airport. Richmond has more direct flights available, but is about an hour drive from downtown Charlottesville. If you want to explore the surrounding nature of the blueridge mountains, grab a friend or two and rent a car for the weekend!

The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 6 pm on Friday July 26th, so there is plenty of time for people to arrive friday morning. However, for those who wish to arrive Thursday afternoon, we will be having a welcome party in downtown charlottesville, near the hotels that we have a room block.

We will be providing a shuttle from downtown Charlottesville to the venue, about at 10-15 minute drive. The Draftsman Hotel + Hampton Inn Pick Up: Two buses arrive for the Draftsman/Hampton Inn pick up by 4:50 p.m. Guests will load across the street from the Draftsman at Stacey Hall (1105 W Main St, Charlottesville). Load completion and depart by 5:05 p.m. Home2Suites Pick Up: One bus will arrive at the Home 2 Suites (201 Monticello Ave, Charlottesville) by 4:50 p.m. Load completion and depart by 5:05 p.m. All buses will arrive by 5:30. For those designated drivers, there will be ample parking at the venue. We will have the ceremony and reception all in one place!

The Dress code is festive attire, but black tie optional. Although I am praying that the foothills of the blueridge mountains provide some cool breezes, It may be hot. I envision summer colors, floral patterns, and long airy clothing that you can dance in. Men, I'm challenging you to wear seersucker, linen, cotton, tweed?! The possibilities are endless.

Due to capacity of the venues, space is limited. I ask that you refer to your invitation, and if you feel that a mistake has been made, text me directly and we can figure it out together!

We will make sure to accommodate vegan vegetarian and pescatarian at all events :)

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests comfortably, we kindly request early RSVPs. We understand that it can be difficult to plan that far in advance, but we ask that guests RSVP to the best of their knowledge by 01 May. If you don't, I will find you.

Buses will be transporting guests to downtown Charlottesville at 11 pm or 12 am, depending on if you are the sleepy sort or not. From there the night owls will be continuing on their voyage into the great unknown.
