West Jefferson area does not offer Uber/Lyft services. Pick-ups and drop-offs are offered at Jefferson Landing in Jefferson, NC and the Holiday Inn Express in West Jefferson, NC. Pick up times are as follows:Jefferson Landing at 4:15pmHoliday Inn Express at 4:30pm&nbsp;Return times are as follows:From Barn on New River at 10pmFrom Barn on New River at 11pm The shuttle service will transport guests to and from the venue (The Barn on New River at 2162 S. Fork Farm Lane, West Jefferson, NC 28694.&nbsp;If you miss the shuttle, please drive yourself to the venue.&nbsp;Cars may be left at the venue overnight if necessary.&nbsp; If you have any questions, please email Bethany.southforkevents@gmail.com. On the day of, if you have any issues, please call or text 919-348-0368.Returns will be provided throughout the evening as listed and as requested if earlier.

There are 13 rooms blocked for guests at "Jeremy's Lodge" at Jefferson Landing. Eleven of these rooms have two queen beds in each, and two are suites with one bed plus kitchen/living space. When calling, please indicate you are interested in a room for the "Burrows/Phillips" wedding. The room block will end on 8/20/25. For those who choose to stay here, you will be a quick walk to the Welcome Party!

There are 58 guestrooms available. This hotel unfortunately does not allow wedding blocks; however, this is a great affordable option for guests!
