Discounted Room Rates:
*Please be sure to book your rooms no later than Friday, August 23rd, 2024 in order to receive discounted room rates.
*Discounted rates will apply to both Friday night and Saturday night, September 13th and September 14th. You may choose to stay both nights or one night at this discounted rate. If for whatever reason you have trouble booking your room, nit is likely because they filled that specific style of room in our room block.




Early Check-in:
*If you need to check in early, please call the front desk ahead of your stay to see if the room may be cleaned and ready for you by the time you wish to arrive.




Bar Service:
*The bar will be open from 5:00PM-11:00PM in the central area of the hotel on the first floor both Friday and Saturday night. All guests who reserve a room using our discounted rate will receive two free drinks during their stay.




Shuttle:
*Please take responsibility to find a ride both to and from the ceremony at St. Joseph’s Parish for the ceremony.
*The shuttle is first come, first serve basis and can seat up to 24 people
*Shuttle to the venue departs the hotel for the venue at 4:30PM
*Four shuttle trips will bring guest from the reception venue back to the hotel at
-9:45PM 12 person shuttle

-11:00PM 24 person shuttle
