When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 20th. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as "no." We need to provide the vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Can I bring a guest/ date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask that you come in your best semi-formal attire! Please no jeans or tshirts. We would love to see our closest family and friends get dressed up with us!
Are children allowed?
We love all the little ones! However, due to limited capacity, only children addressed on your invitation will be allowed. We kindly ask our guests to respect our request. We would love for you to take this opportunity to have a fun date night!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you put your phones away on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have 2 amazing photographers that are awesome at what they do and will capture our unforgettable memories! We will absolutely share them with you all!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Historic Acres of Hershey provides a large parking lot for guest who choose to drive to the venue! However, we will also be providing transportation to and from the venue! Please check out the “Travel” section for more information about hotels and transportation!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.)?

Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please come thirsty! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! 😉
