This registry has items from multiple different stores. I have direct registries at crate and barrel, anthropologie and REI. However, the great thing about this website is that I can add individual items from other websites as well. Everything I have registered for shows up on this website. Instructions for purchasing gifts through this website: You can just click on the gift you would like to purchase and it will take you to the website the gift is sold through. If you click on a gift I have a direct registry with it will track purchased items on its own. If you select a gift that is an individual item; you click on the item and it will take you to the website it's sold on to check out. When you leave the page the knot (which is what my website is made through) will ask if you have purchased the gift or not before returning you to this page. This way my website will mark what has been purchased at sites that I do not have a direct registry through.
