Hannah is Olivia's best friend and the amazing girlfriend of Best Man Garrett. She first met Olivia and the Jeffers boys during their annual CUSA trip to Oshkosh, WI in 2018—about a year after Clayton and Olivia had started dating. Not long after that trip, sparks flew and Hannah and Garrett began dating as well.

The first time Hannah and Olivia officially hung out was at a family wedding in the late summer of 2018. They instantly clicked, bonding over shared interests, a similar sense of humor, and their love of teaching, and all things cozy and fun. Since then, their friendship has only grown stronger and deeper.

They've experienced so many of life’s big milestones together—from graduating college and navigating the challenges of living through COVID and teaching post a global pandemic, to landing their first “big girl” jobs, celebrating countless birthdays, and creating so many unforgettable memories. Through every season, their friendship has remained constant and full of laughter, support, and love.

Now, after all those special moments, Olivia is incredibly honored to have Hannah standing beside her on one of the most important days of her life. We are so grateful she’s taken on such a special role in the wedding—thank you, Hannah, for being a part of this beautiful journey.

Garrett is not only Clayton’s brother but also the boyfriend of one of our maids of honor, Hannah. From the very beginning of Clayton and Olivia’s relationship, Garrett has been a constant presence and a huge support. He welcomed Olivia with open arms and has always treated her like a sister.

Over the years, Clayton and Garrett have grown incredibly close. Garrett is the kind of family member everyone hopes for—loyal, dependable, and always willing to drop anything to help out. Whether it’s offering support or lending a hand, he’s there without hesitation.

It means the world to Clayton and Olivia to have Garrett standing beside them as best man on their special day. And we’re especially thankful that he brought Hannah into our lives—she's become such a cherished part of this journey as well.

Garrett Jeffers

Trista is Olivia’s middle sister and the older sister of Jenna. As the middle child, she’s always held a special place in the family dynamic—full of personality, humor, and a LOT of sass. Growing up, Olivia’s sisters were her built-in best friends, her constants, and her biggest cheerleaders. Though Trista and Olivia definitely had their fair share of sibling arguments (as sisters do!), they could always come together for one important mission: lovingly picking on their little sister, Jenna.

Despite the usual sisterly squabbles, Trista has always been someone Olivia could count on through thick and thin. Whether it was offering a listening ear, sharing inside jokes that only sisters understand, or simply being there during life’s ups and downs, Trista has played a huge role in shaping who Olivia is today.

Olivia is endlessly proud of everything Trista has accomplished—especially her incredible achievement of graduating from college in May 2025. It’s been such a joy watching her grow into the strong, smart, and determined woman she is today.

There’s truly no one like a sister, and Olivia couldn’t imagine getting married without Trista standing beside her. Having her there as a Maid of Honor means the world, and it’s just one more memory to add to a lifetime of unforgettable sister moments.

Trista Gunnink

Sam has been Clayton’s best friend since childhood and is also the brother of bridesmaid Ally. Over the years, he’s become more than just a friend—he's family. In fact, Clayton and Olivia like to call Sam their “Matchmaker,” because if he hadn’t posted that unforgettable video of himself riding Clayton’s mom’s bike down a ramp, the two of them might never have met! Sam is a proud member of the U.S. Navy, and Clayton and Olivia couldn’t be more proud of the man he’s become. He’s one of the most positive and upbeat people they know—always ready for whatever life throws his way. Through childhood adventures, life’s big milestones, and everything in between, Sam and Clayton have remained incredibly close. Sam has been a huge supporter of Clayton and Olivia's relationship from the very beginning, and they’re so grateful he’s taken on the role of one of the best men on their big day.

Sam Duggan 

Jenna is the youngest of the infamous “Gunny Girls” — the bold, brilliant, and let’s be honest, just a little bit spoiled baby of the family. Known for her strong opinions and unfiltered honesty, Jenna has always been the sister to call it like it is. Whether it’s weighing in on life decisions or giving her brutally honest opinion about your outfit, Jenna is never one to sugarcoat—but that’s exactly what makes her so special.

It’s been such a joy to watch Jenna grow into the incredible young woman she is becoming. As she takes on college life, she’s made her mark as a passionate and involved sorority sister, while also thriving as a student. She’s driven, determined, and full of fire—exactly the kind of energy that lights up a room and keeps everyone on their toes.

Throughout Olivia’s relationship journey with Clayton, Jenna has been her go-to confidante. She listened to all the overthinking, the excitement, and the impatience that came with waiting for that proposal. And, in true Jenna fashion, she was impatiently waiting too—ready to celebrate every step of the way.

Olivia’s sisters have always been a huge and meaningful part of her life, and there’s no way she could imagine this day without Jenna right by her side as one of her Maids of Honor. Thank you, Jenna, for your honesty, your laughter, your support, and for being such a big piece of Olivia’s heart.

Jenna Gunnink

DJ is one of Clayton’s longtime best friends. They met in high school and quickly formed a strong bond—spending time together outside of school, playing football, and creating countless unforgettable (and occasionally questionable) memories. Their friendship has been filled with loyalty, laughter, and a true sense of brotherhood. What’s unique is that Olivia actually met DJ before she and Clayton ever started dating. The two worked closely on FFA events, competitions, and field trips, and developed a genuine friendship of their own. Over the years, DJ has become someone both Clayton and Olivia can truly confide in. He’s dependable, easy to talk to, and always brings a positive energy to every room he walks into. He’s been there through life’s milestones, offering constant encouragement and support. Clayton and Olivia are so thankful to have DJ standing beside them on their big day. His friendship means the world to them, and they couldn’t imagine celebrating this moment without him.

Meghan is the oldest of the Jeffers siblings, wife to Nick (one of the groomsmen), and an amazing mom to their three beautiful daughters, Brooklyn, Madisyn, and Tinley, who are our adorable flower girls. From the moment Olivia met her, Meghan welcomed her into the Jeffers family with warmth and open arms. Coming from a family of girls, Olivia is beyond excited to add another sister to her tribe of incredible women.

Meghan is the ultimate caretaker—she effortlessly balances her role as a mom, wife, and sister with so much love and grace. Her ability to always show up for her family, while managing everything with ease, is something Olivia admires deeply.

Olivia couldn’t imagine her wedding day without Meghan by her side. Her presence, support, and love mean the world. Thank you, Meg, for taking on this special role—we are so lucky and grateful to have you in our lives!

Meghan Oldenburg

Jaks is one of Clayton’s closest friends from high school and is engaged to Paige, one of the couple’s wonderful personal attendants. Over the years, Jaks, Clayton, and DJ have become known as a trio—inseparable and always up to something. Their friendship is built on years of laughter, loyalty, and plenty of unforgettable (and, let’s be honest, sometimes questionable) adventures. Interestingly, Jaks also met Olivia before she and Clayton began dating. From the start, he welcomed her with kindness and has always been someone she and Clayton could count on. Jaks is the kind of friend who offers unwavering support, no matter the situation—always showing up and standing strong for the people he cares about. Clayton and Olivia are incredibly proud of everything Jaks has accomplished—from starting his own business to recently welcoming his first son in the spring of 2025. Watching him grow into such a dedicated partner, friend, and now father has been truly special. They are beyond grateful that Jaks has agreed to be a part of their big day. It simply wouldn’t be the same without him.

Kendra is one of the middle siblings of the Jeffers clan and is a proud mom to two amazing boys, Michael and Matthew who are the perfect ring security for the day of, and Elizabeth, a perfect little flower girl. She’s also a wife to Kevin, one of our groomsmen. Kendra is known for her outgoing personality and her adventurous spirit. She is also an amazing mom raising two amazing boys! She’s always been up for any adventure, whether it’s spontaneous activities with Clayton and Olivia or just a fun night out.

From the moment Olivia entered the Jeffers family, Kendra welcomed her with open arms, and has been a huge supporter of Olivia and Clayton’s relationship from day one. Olivia has always felt so lucky to have Kendra in her corner, offering love, laughter, and encouragement along the way.

Olivia can’t imagine her special day without Kendra by her side, not only as a sister-in-law but also as a true friend. Thank you, Kendra, for being such an important part of this day and for everything you do. Your love and support mean the world!

Zach has been a lifelong friend to Clayton, and their journey through school was filled with unforgettable memories — from playing sports and being involved in FFA to hanging out after school. Whether they were competing, working on projects, or just having fun, there was never a dull moment. Their friendship is one built on loyalty, laughter, and years of shared experiences.

Zach also shares a special connection with Olivia, having known her since high school. They served together as FFA officers, building a strong friendship through leadership and teamwork. Olivia remembers him as dependable, driven, and always up for a challenge.

When Clayton and Olivia began planning their wedding, it was clear that the day wouldn’t be complete without Zach standing by Clayton’s side. They are both incredibly grateful for his friendship and are honored to have him as a groomsman on such a meaningful day.

Zach Wynstra

Lia is not just a cousin to Olivia—she’s more like an adopted sibling, someone who has been there through thick and thin. While their relationship began on a bit of a rocky note (Lia was definitely a handful as a child), over time, they’ve come to realize that they needed each other more than they ever thought possible. As they've grown older, their bond has deepened in ways they never expected. Lia has such a vibrant and spunky personality that you can't help but be drawn to her energy. She's always up for an adventure, whether it's a spontaneous sleepover, braving through storms, dealing with flat tires, or having those deep, meaningful conversations about life’s toughest topics. Through it all, Lia has been a constant source of love, support, and laughter. We are beyond grateful to have Lia as part of our special day and by Olivia’s side. Her presence truly makes this moment even more memorable!

Brayden and Clayton's friendship began when Brayden started working for the Jeffers family business, Jobsite Fabrication. What started as a professional connection quickly grew into a strong friendship built on trust, hard work, and shared values. From the very beginning, Brayden has been the kind of person who always shows up — ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer support when it’s needed most.

Whether it was tackling small home projects, helping during countless moves, or just being there to offer encouragement, Brayden has always been a steady and reliable presence in both Clayton and Olivia’s lives. His willingness to help, no matter the task, and his adventurous spirit make him the kind of friend everyone hopes to have.

Clayton and Olivia are incredibly grateful for Brayden’s friendship, generosity, and the many ways he’s shown up for them over the years. They’re so glad he wanted to be a part of their special day and truly couldn’t imagine celebrating this moment without him by their side.

Ally has been a close friend to Clayton and Olivia for years—she’s not only Clayton and Olivia’s high school best friend, but also the sister of the best man, Sam, and wife of the usher, Evan. Ally and Clayton’s friendship goes way back, as he and her brother Sam have been best friends since childhood, spending holidays together and getting into their fair share of mischief together.

Ally and Olivia’s bond started through high school sports but grew even stronger when they worked together at Clinton Kitchen in 2016-2017. Their friendship turned into something like family as they shared many life experiences, including working together at Greenie’s Clubhouse for several years. Through every stage of life, they’ve always had each other’s backs. Olivia had the honor of being a bridesmaid at Ally's wedding, and she’s beyond excited to have Ally standing by her side on her special day.

Ally is an incredible wife, mother, and friend, and we’re so grateful for her love and support. Thank you, Ally, for being such an important part of our lives and this special moment!

Husband to bridesmaid Meghan and proud father to the amazing Oldenburg girls, Nick shares a love story similar to Olivia and Clayton’s—having met Meghan in middle school and now celebrating 10 years of marriage. They’re thrilled and honored to have Nick standing beside Clayton as a groomsman.
Nick is not only a dedicated family man but also an incredibly hard worker and successful business owner. He owns a State Farm insurance agency and is preparing to open his second location in the summer of 2025.
Over the years, Nick and Clayton have made countless memories together and shared in many fun adventures—building a friendship filled with laughter, loyalty, and support. Nick has always been a huge encourager of Olivia and Clayton’s relationship, and they are truly grateful for everything he has done. The day simply wouldn’t be the same without him by Clayton’s side.

Nick Oldenburg

Kailey has been a close and valued friend to Clayton and Olivia for many years. She’s the wife of Bailey, one of the ushers, and the sister of Evan, another usher, making her a special part of this day. Kailey and Clayton became friends in high school, often hanging out within the same friend group, while Olivia and Kailey’s friendship blossomed through high school sports and events.

When Olivia and Clayton started dating, Olivia and Kailey connected on a deeper level and realized how much they had in common. Kailey is the friend you can always count on during tough times, especially when those hard conversations are necessary. Over the years, Kailey and Bailey have become like family to Clayton and Olivia. Whether traveling or just spending time together, their bond has grown stronger, and they’re incredibly grateful for the friendship.

Having Kailey by Olivia’s side on this special day means so much to them. Her love, support, and kindness have made such a positive impact on their lives, and they feel so lucky to have her here to share in this unforgettable moment.

Kevin is husband to the wonderful Kendra and a devoted father to the Hesebeck kids. His love for his family and his steady presence are just a few of the many qualities that make him so special. Today, Clayton is incredibly honored to have Kevin standing by his side on such an important day. His support, humor, and calming nature mean the world—especially when the nerves kick in!
Kevin is not only a loyal friend and family man but also a skilled professional. As part owner of Jake’s Electric, he’s known for his hard work, expertise, and dedication. Whether he’s tackling a project or helping a friend, Kevin always shows up with a great attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Over the years, the bride and groom have shared countless great memories with Kevin—from wild party buses to late-night laughs. He brings energy, fun, and authenticity to every moment, and celebrating without him simply wouldn’t feel right.

Kaitlyn was Olivia’s college roommate and quickly became one of her closest friends. They met during their sophomore year — Olivia was living alone on campus, and Kaitlyn was commuting. They bonded over their love of teaching, The Bachelor, and dining hall sushi wraps. That year, their friendship grew strong through countless study dates and sleepovers in Olivia’s dorm room. Olivia had the honor of standing by Kaitlyn’s side at her wedding, and now she couldn’t imagine her own big day without Kaitlyn by hers. Her calm, organized nature makes her the perfect fit for the role of personal attendant. Olivia and Clayton are so thankful she’s part of their special day!

Paige is fiancé to Jaks, one of the groomsman. Paige has been one of Olivia’s closest friends since high school. They’ve been through so many stages of life together — including living as roommates! When it came time to choose a personal attendant, Olivia knew Paige was the perfect fit. She’s organized, honest, and not afraid to keep everyone in line. The day simply wouldn’t be the same without her. Paige is not only a wonderful mom but also an incredible friend, and Olivia and Clayton are so grateful she agreed to take on this important role on their big day!

Brett is Clayton’s cousin, and someone who has played a meaningful role in his life from the very beginning. Clayton couldn’t imagine this day without Brett by his side, taking on such an important role.

Growing up, Clayton spent countless hours with Brett—learning from him, looking up to him, and creating memories that shaped his childhood. Bailey is husband to bridesmaid Kailey. From the moment Kailey and Bailey first started dating, he fit right in—quickly becoming a close friend to both the bride and groom. His easygoing nature, genuine kindness, and sense of humor made him feel like part of the group from the very start.

Think western flair meets cocktail chic! Gentlemen, polish up your boots, add a sport coat or dress shirt! Ladies, go for dresses or skirts that pair perfectly with boots or western-inspired accessories. Denim can make an appearance if it’s dressed up with a sharp jacket, blouse, or statement belt buckle. The vibe is stylish, fun, and western—perfect for celebrating under the stars. Keep in mind- the ceremony will be outside in grass (weather permitting). Reception will be held inside the barn- dinner upstairs and cocktail hour/party downstairs.Tips to pull off cowboy cocktail attire:-Start with classic cocktail basics (cocktail dress for women or sport coat + dress shirt for men), then add western touches like boots, bolo ties, turquoise jewelry, or a tasteful belt. -Choose quality materials so the outfit still feels polished — the cowboy theme should enhance your look, not make it costume-like. -For women, a flowy midi dress in earthy tones paired with cowgirl boots is a great balance between formal and western chic!

We do have a hotel block through this hotel. You must book a month before the wedding in order to get a room within the hotel block (By August 26th, 2026). We will have a bus that will make two trips from the hotel to the venue before the wedding and three trips from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night.
