“Just a few reminders and a quick request for feedback. Please bring casual white outfits for the Saturday night bonfire. Ladies, remember to wear your red semi-formal attire for Sunday, (Ladies In Red ) keeping in mind it’s a beach ceremony, so plan your footwear accordingly. We’d also like a headcount for the trip to Rick’s Café . those of you that’s arriving on Thursday, the bus will be leaving the hotel @ 3 pm. so let us know if you’ll be attending. Lastly, for those planning to attend church on Sabbath, please let us know,ASAP. the bus will depart the hotel @ 8 AM . A program with the itinerary for the weekend will be provided upon arrival.
