Cody and Des met at Purdue University in January 2017. For the following five years they took on many adventures. From picnics to cruises to 5Ks, ski trips to hiking to couple's costume holidays. On each journey, they discovered more and more about themselves and about each other. With much anticipation, they await fresh experiences to further grow their relationship.

On April 4th, 2021 Des had a very special Easter. Inside her final egg at the annual Easter Egg hunt, a wonderous ring sparkled. She turned around to find Cody kneeling, and he asked her to be his wife. She couldn't say yes fast enough. It was storybook perfection.

With ecstasy, they look to the next chapter in their lives and all the happiness it may bring.

To their friends and family who loved and supported them, they could not be more thankful. On April 30th, 2022 it is their hope to celebrate with everyone as they join together in holy matrimony.
