We originally met online, on a Minecraft server a few years back. After becoming close friends, Cody flew out to California in December 2013 where Katie was visiting family and thus began our wonderful relationship. Katie then visited Cody in the summer of 2014 and Cody visited Katie (in Scotland this time) during December 2014 when we got engaged!

Cody was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is currently attending Dakota State University at the University Center Sioux Falls where he is studying Cyber Operations. His interests include video games, learning new skills, art, creating, photography and exploring.

Katie was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland. She is currently attending Napier University in Edinburgh where she is studying Psychology. Her interests include taking photos, playing video games, drawing and anything with a creative element. She also enjoys philosophy and learning about different people and cultures.

Our future plans currently consist of moving to Portland, Oregon in early September where we hope to live for a few years while both of us finish school. Somewhere along the line we plan on getting a corgi by the name of Perseus and eventually moving to somewhere else in the USA to settle down and start a family of our own.
