Yes, we are arranging for a bus to pick guests up from the hotels in Rimbey to shuttle out to the venue, as well as a 9 pm and 11pm shuttle back to the hotels. You are welcome to travel to the hall in your vehicle but drinking and driving will not be tolerated and if you take a shuttle back to town, you will need to arrange transportation on Sunday to pick up your vehicle.

Yes, there is a gravel parking lot behind the venue to park a trailer, and a grass spot to pitch a tent if you'd like to spend the Friday and Saturday night with us. Keep in mind that there are NO HOOK UPS or showers available at the venue.

Please dress appropriately for the weather (mid July) But please dress for a wedding.

If you have a fun yard game or group activity you'd like to bring, you are welcome to bring it along... maybe even a lawn chair. There will be about 2.5 hours between the ceremony and reception/dinner time. We will have horseshoes, corn hole, and ladder ball, and some snacks.

If you are coming from out of town there are two nice hotels in Rimbey (The Canalta and the Quality Inn), as well as a campground located in town (The Lions Nesting place RV campground). PLEASE take all the photos you want before and after but we ask you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we would love for our guests to be present with us as we say our vows and we do have a photographer to capture those moments for us.
