In January of 2023, a dear friend of Kelsey's called after school to tell her all about a cute Aggie chiropractor the friend has started to see for help. Immediately, Kelsey looked him up on Facebook and thought it was too good to be true. Days and weeks went by that this friend would call Kelsey to tell her about the sweetest Dr. Cody. The friend said, "I have seen him work with the oldest patient in the room and the youngest patient - he is always kind. I am praying that God puts His hand over my mouth so that I don't say something if I shouldn't".

One Thursday in February, the same friend called Kelsey after a run and said she told Dr. Cody all about Kelsey, playing it off as an Aggie thing - all Aggies "must" know each other, right?! Meanwhile, Cody was in the midst of studying for his jurisprudence exam at the time. He shared with our now mutual friend that he was unable to contact me.

Therefore, for the first time in Kelsey's life, she reached out to the boy first. That Sunday was the Super Bowl and Cody asked Kelsey out on their first date. To their surprise, several restaurants were closed, so they ended up at a Thai restaurant - days aways from Valentine's Day - with heart shaped rice. They had three dates that first week and have been together ever since!

If only one website "story" could summarize God's hand in this story. His faithfulness has been seen. The Gospel has been beautifully shown. Cody and Kelsey cannot wait for marriage together!
