Can I bring a date?

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. You can find if you have a plus one invitation, and share who your plus one will be, when you RSVP through this website.

Are kids invited?

Absolutely! Your kids names will be listed on our RSVP page when searching for your family's name. Please make sure to RSVP for each person in your family so we can get an accurate head count for vendors. If you have little ones, please be sure to keep a close eye on them throughout the evening and be aware that there will be music and drinking during the reception.

Attire

What should I wear?

Our dress code is elevated cocktail. We want everyone to get dressed up with us! For the ladies, a cocktail dress or jumpsuit is perfect. Think slightly more formal than a sundress but not as fancy as a floor length gown. For the gentlemen, a suit with or without a tie would fit right in. Think fancier than business casual but not as fancy as black tie. Please no shorts.

Stilettos? Yay or nay?

While Holly would never say no to you rocking your favorite heel, a majority of our venue is outdoors and on grass; and we definitely want you to take any shoe you came in, home with you too.

Day of Details

What is your wedding day schedule?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30PM. Guests may start to arrive at 3:00PM to grab a drink, mingle, and find a seat. A cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, followed by a reception with dinner and lots of dancing! Our venue closes at 10PM, so please plan your travel home for the night accordingly.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both! But primarily outdoors. The ceremony is entirely outside while the reception will flow indoor for eating and outdoor for dancing. Watch the weather with us as the day gets closer, but a light jacket will probably be nice for the evening.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Have you blocked off hotel rooms we can book?

Yes! Please refer to the travel section of our website to find a link to our hotel room block at the Davenport Tower in downtown Spokane. Make your reservations by May 16 to receive our special rate. Please note! The hotel is currently experiencing issues with their booking system on their website. If you would like to reserve your room now, you can call them at 509-598-4554 and mention the Peplinski Wedding.

How far is the hotel from the Spokane Airport?

The Davenport Tower Hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Ride shares and taxis can be easily called from both locations.

How should I get to and from the venue?

The venue has a large parking lot and is an easy 25 minute drive from downtown Spokane and the Davenport Tower Hotel if you would like to drive yourself. Or if you're looking to party a little harder, ride shares can easily be called to and from the venue. Just know that they might take a little longer picking you up from the venue, so call your ride slightly earlier than you're ready to leave. For our tech-savvy friends, you could also schedule an Uber or Lyft to pick you up from the venue that night. Please note that our wedding will end at 10PM.
