Cody and Nikki met at Westmont Elementary on March 28, 2018. Nikki was completing her required field work observations for her teaching credential. Cody was lucky, as Nikki was placed to do her 40 observation hours within his mom, Kate’s T-K class. Cody asked why Nikki was wearing a sticker that said, “It’s My Birthday”, and she informed him that it was her birthday. Cody thought he missed an opportunity, because he didn’t get Nikki’s number. Cody showed up on March 30, to his mom’s classroom and she asked what he was doing there. That day Cody did get her number and the rest is history….
