Q + A

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

No. We kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home so that a more adult appropriate party can take place :)

What is the weather like this time of year?

Typically we have a classic Colorado fall in October: a bit chilly in the morning (40-50°), warm during the day (55-65°), then chilly at night again. A jacket would be suggested given that our ceremony venue is outside & closer to the mountains & a part of our reception venue is also outside.

Where can we stay?

At the 11th Avenue Hotel & Hostel in Denver there are regular hotel rooms as well as hostel rooms (you may share a room & will share a bathroom with other guests potentially). Pricing here ranges from about $50/night for hostel rooms to $126/night for hotel rooms. *Please be sure to let us or the hotel know if you plan to book here as the property manager will give you a discount for being apart of the wedding* Juniper Mountain House may have treehouses available for rent by the time of our wedding so we will try to keep you updated if that is something you would be interested in. Of note- Juniper is about a 30 min drive west of the reception venue & tree house prices are currently being gauged at around $600/night. There are plenty of other options nearby for lodging, you may want to AirBNB, whatever! If you would like suggestions on other options feel free to text the bride or groom!

What is the parking situation?

Juniper Mountain House: they do not allow on-site parking (only 2 cars will be allowed for the whole wedding party) so we will be coordinating a shuttle from & back to the reception venue compliments of Paul’s Party Bus. There will be champagne & seltzers provided en route to/from the wedding so please enjoy compliments of the bride & groom but please be respectful of the space. 11th Avenue Hotel: there is an accessible parking lot catty corner to the hotel, we will have a running tab under our name if you would like to park here, we recommend here if you plan to stay at the hotel. There is also ample street parking available but we highly recommend you read the signs as there may be street sweeping, no parking times etc. We would recommend this option if you are going home after the ceremony or using other accommodations.

What are your colors?

We are doing navy blue and copper with a hint of greenery!

Can I bring a date/+1?

Whomever your invitation is addressed to is who is invited. If your invitation does not indicate an additional guest then no additional guest may accompany you as we are trying to keep our wedding with only our closest friends & family :)
