The Westin Sarasota
Please use this link to book rooms at the Westin Sarasota right next to the Ritz Hotel in Downtown. Our room block offers a rate of $249++ per night. Unfortunately you will not be able to book with points at this rate. We have a limited room block. Rooms are available first come, first serve.
Flights
The best airport to fly into is SRQ, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport - however it is a little more expensive than flying into Tampa. Tampa, FL is just an hour drive to Sarasota, FL. Other options are:
Punta Gorda - 1 hour to Sarasota
Orlando - 2 hours
JetBlue flies direct from Boston Logan Airport to Sarasota Airport. This is our preferred option for flying.

Siesta Trolley
Siesta Trolley will have 3 trolleys to transport our guests from the Westin Hotel in downtown Sarasota (next to the Ritz Hotel in Downtown Sarasota) to our Ceremony location on Lido Key at the Ritz Beach Club. When the ceremony concludes, the trolleys will transport all wedding guests from the Ritz Beach Club on Lido Key back to the Ritz Carlton hotel in downtown Sarasota for the wedding reception.
