Matt and Coles journey began in January 2021 at a local gay bar in downtown Baltimore, just as the city was starting to reopen post-COVID-19. What started as a casual night out with friends quickly turned into an evening of captivating conversation between the two. Their first official date—a laid-back brunch in Fells Point—stretched into an epic eight-hour hangout. And the rest was history!


Within six months, Cole and Matt moved into their new home. Adding to their dynamic, Matt bought Cole a golden retriever, solidifying their little family.


Nowadays, when theyre not at work, youll find them making the most of their downtime. Whether its romping around the dog park with their furry friend, sampling the local culinary scene with friends, or zoning out on the couch with the latest binge-worthy series, theyre all about seizing the moment.


Come summer, they’re all about weekend trips to the beach for some well-deserved R&R, but no matter where they roam, Baltimore City with their chosen family will always be home sweet home.


On July 9th, 2023 their love story hit a high note, when Cole popped the question against the stunning backdrop of P-Town, MA during a sunset dunes tour. With the engagement sealed, they’re stoked to dive into this next chapter together, hand in hand, and continue building their kickass life.
