The ceremony will be at Pres House (731 State St, Madison, WI 53703).

If you are staying at the Best Western or Union South, there is a shuttle to get you to the ceremony! The shuttle will depart from the Best Western at 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30 pm. The shuttle will only depart from Union South once at 2:10 pm. Please see the document linked below for details.

If you are not staying at the Best Western or Union South, we recommend parking at the Lake & Johnson Ramp (Lot 46) or the State Street Campus Garage - Frances St. parking garages as these are close to both the ceremony & reception and generally have availability. While you will need to walk to the ceremony, a shuttle will be provided to the reception.

The reception will be at Union South, Varsity Hall (1308 W Dayton St, Madison, WI 53715).

After the ceremony, the shuttle will run every 15 to 20 minutes from Pres House to Union South with a final pick up time of 5:30 pm. The shuttle is available to all guests! Please see the map with pickup/departure locations on the document linked below.

If you are staying at Union South, congrats, your bed is in the same building! 🙂

If you are staying at the Best Western, the shuttle will depart from Union South to Best Western at 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm, and 10:30 pm
