We're getting married!!

You are such an important part of our lives, and we would be honored to have you with us on one of the most meaningful days of our journey together.

Our Story

Stepping into love…

Picture of Stepping into love…

Cole and Jocelyn first met in passing at a convention one of those blink and you’ll miss it moments. No dramatic sparks, no sweeping music. Just two people whose lives briefly overlapped before drifting apart again.

A couple of years went by. And then one day, Cole finally joined Instagram. As he set up his account, one of the first couple of people to follow him was none other than Jocelyn. He recognized her immediately, how could he not? He followed her back, and just like that, a quiet thread was pulled that would unravel into something much bigger.

Not long after that, Cole posted a photo tied to a long running inside joke he had with his friends: a proud, ridiculous moment of him frolicking through a muddy puddle in his yard. We’re talking full on joy. Open toed shoes. Wet grass. Questionable water. And of course, Sheba, his loyal dog and reluctant witness was right there beside him.

Naturally, Jocelyn couldn’t not comment (especially when nonsense is involved). One playful remark turned into a message. That message turned into a conversation. And suddenly, from that moment on, everything shifted. The banter didn’t stop. The connection deepened. Silly comments turned into thoughtful conversations. There was laughter, teasing, unexpected vulnerability and somewhere in the middle of all that, they realized they’d stumbled into something extraordinary.

They started dating shortly after, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Now, years after a muddy puddle and a perfectly timed comment, Cole and Jocelyn are getting married. Because sometimes love begins not with fireworks, but with a ridiculous photo, a stubborn dog, and someone who just has to say something.

Registry

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to contribute, we've set up a registry with options for group gifts, allowing you to join together with others in giving a meaningful present

Q + A

How & When Do I RSVP?

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. The RSVP tab on our website will open immediately and guests will be able to search for their names and respond. We ask that you please, RSVP prior to August 1st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as “not attending”.

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 pm. We ask that our guests please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, to allow yourself enough time to find parking and find a seat. You are however welcome to arrive earlier and enjoy the atmosphere and the company of fellow guests as we prepare to celebrate together.

What Is The Dress Code?

We’d love for everyone to have the opportunity to dress up and celebrate in style. For gentlemen: dark suit or tuxedo. For ladies: midi to floor-length gown or cocktail dress. To help us keep the overall look cohesive and respectful of wedding traditions, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or other light shades typically reserved for the bride. Additionally, please refrain from wearing lilac or dark green, as these colors are being used within our wedding party. And just one more thing, no jeans, please!! Thank you so much for understanding, and we can’t wait to see you all dressed to the nines!

Are Children Welcome At The Wedding?

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you and want to ensure that everyone enjoys a relaxed and enjoyable evening. While children will be part of our ceremony, we kindly ask that the reception be an adult-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having a blast with you all!

Can I Take Pictures During The Ceremony?

We completely understand the excitement of wanting to capture such a meaningful moment. However, during our ceremony, we kindly ask that guests use discretion when taking photos during the ceremony. Photos are welcome from your seat, but please keep your phone on silent and avoid using flash. We’ve hired a photographer to beautifully capture every detail of our special day, from start to finish. Your presence means the world to us, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward!

Can I Invite A Plus One?

We would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your name) & (Guest Name)” if a plus one has been given to you. We appreciate your understanding!

Can You Accommodate Allergies?

We are happy to accommodate a wide range of allergies and dietary restrictions. If you or your guest have any specific needs, please let us know when you RSVP through our website. We want everyone to feel cared for and enjoy the celebration, there will be delicious options for everyone!

Is The Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

We’re happy to share that both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. You can relax and enjoy the celebration comfortably, regardless of the weather.
