We have guests invited from all over! You have many options as far as lodging goes. I know some people will just come for the day Saturday, some will stay just Saturday night, and some will stay for the whole weekend. Regardless of what you choose, we have attached some options we love below. Of course air bnb's and VRBO's are always a great option as well.
There are rooms available onsite at the Inn at Willow Grove. We have elected to have immediate family and the wedding party join us onsite. If you have been selected to occupy a room at the venue we will reach out to you directly.
Transportation Schedule for Wedding Day
We have transportation arranged so everyone can enjoy the party with us without worrying about driving! See below for timing, please make sure to be on time. They are only waiting 5 minutes at each location to keep everything on track.
Pickup at The Mayhurst Estate: 3:50 pm
Pickup at The Comfort Inn: 4:20 pm
Pickup at The Round Hill Inn #1: 4:40 pm
Pickup at The Round Hill Inn #2: 5:00 pm
Shuttles back home will depart at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. They can go to any location on this list, so it doesn't matter which one you catch.
Round Hill Inn
PSA: This is not fully booked, online booking can be moody. If it is saying it is fully booked please call the hotel. They can book you very easily.
Our hotel block is at the Round Hill Inn, it is just 4 minutes from the venue and we will have shuttles going to and from each location. The code to book is: jw2
