Colin and Emily met the first week of their freshman year of college at Georgia Tech. After a road trip to Ohio to see the Black Keys perform, they were inseparable friends. They both studied abroad the same semester, and visited each other in Ireland and Spain.

After 2 years of friendship, Colin finally wore Emily down. They started dating at the beginning of their junior year. He asked her to be his girlfriend over brunch, their favorite meal.

Colin and Emily took a huge leap and adopted a quirky and sassy dog from the Atlanta Humane Society.
