Our Wedding

<p>Memorial Day weekend we were both hanging out with mutual friends, the party moved to Colin’s house for a cookout. After making small conversation throughout the night, we started to talk more and get to know each other. It was like talking to the mirrored version of ourselves. After that night we has spent the next day together, which then lead to almost every day until we realized that this is exactly where we were meant to be in life and decided on forever!</p>

Cortney is Lexi’s little sister. Although things were rocky when they were younger like most sibling relationships, they grew to be best friends and now have a bond like no other! Cortney thoroughly enjoys every minute of being Easton and Millie’s aunt. Her and Colin have also grown a big brother/little sister relationship that is unique in their own way!

Lexi and Sara met when she started working at Walmart in 2021. The first day they met Sara says “I kid you not we were instantly best friends.” Sara has seen many of her ups and downs that she encountered but she never had to go through it alone. Sara is so proud of the mother she’s became and beyond proud of Colin and Lexi’s relationship!

The first time Jordan met Lexi, she was terrified. She was about to spend a weekend away, surrounded by total strangers, but the second she met Lexi she instantly felt at home. She was introduced to the sweetest, welcoming, most down to earth girl and she made a life long friend. Jordan says “Lexi is my female soulmate & someone I can share all my good and bad news with and always know she is in my corner, rooting for me. Thankful for my girl who has a heart of gold. The truest of friends even from states away ❤️”

Amber is Lexi’s cousin. Although you could say first best friends in life too. They grew up together as neighbors and friends, only to become family a few years later. Growing up they were inseparable. “I have watched Lexi progress and grow so much, but my favorite is watching her grow as a mother. I see how well Colin and her are meant to be. Colin has fit so well into this family. I look forward to what the future has in store for them!”

Yanna is Lexi’s sister in law. Yanna exclaimed “I’m so happy she is in my life and family!” ❤️

Colin and Mike go way back but the day they became brothers would’ve been in 2019 when they both got out of the service. Colin was the brother Mike never knew he was missing. They’ve made a lot of memories from softball to throwing some wild parties. No matter what life was throwing at Mike, Colin was always one of his biggest supporters, always nothing but the best for Mike. “It’s an honor to be able to stand next to my brother while he marries the woman of his dreams!”

Derek is one of Colin’s best friends. Whoever knew a friendship would start with a simple visit from a neighbor.  Colin and Derek met about 12 years when colin stopped in to check out his truck. From that moment, they knew they were going to be brothers as they shared the same passion for diesel trucks. Over the years, Colin has always been there for him, from hanging out in the shop and watching his kids during a job interview. As he got older and moved to the military, they still kept in touch and continued to keep in contact throughout the years. From working together at the same job and working on trucks, they’ve always had great laughs and amazing times.

Derek

Patrick is Colin’s little brother. Patrick says “Even though you bully me all the time…Your still the best big brother ever!”

Levi is Lexi’s not so little brother. Him and Colin instantly bonded over their love for dirt bikes and motocross. Colin and Levi used to spend a lot of weekends at the track together, and they also spend time in the garage tuning things up or just having a good conversation. Lexi is proud to see the man he is grown into and we are so happy to have him standing next to us for our big day!

Chase is Lexi’s brother-in-law as she likes to call him. Though him and Cortney are not married he has been in our family for so long and has done so much to support Lexi in all her up’s and downs just a much as her sister. Chase and Colin instantly became best friends after meeting each other. They all love to joke with each other and just have fun. We always know we can count on Chase for a good laugh!
