We are beyond thrilled to have so many of our favorite people traveling from near and far to celebrate us on our special day! After the rehearsal dinner, the rehearsal party will meet at Heydey Social Club, our hotel’s public roof top bar on the 8th floor, for welcome drinks. This will be a fun, casual event that allows us to mingle with our family & friends prior to our big day! This event is optional and will be a cash bar.

We will be providing transportation to and from the hotel and our wedding venue. Both busses will leave the hotel at 2:30. please plan to be in the lobby by 2:20pm. At the end of the night, both busses will pick up at 10:00pm and go back to the hotel. We will walk from the hotel to the W 6th street bars as they are only a few blocks from each other.

Ceremony

Our wedding will begin promptly at 3:30pm and ask that guests arrive no later than 3:15pm. If your party runs late and arrives after 3:30pm, you will not be allowed into the event until the ceremony has commenced. We ask our guests to kindly turn off their phones during the ceremony.

Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony. We will be providing open bar.

Our reception will begin at 5:30pm in the tent on the far left lawn. Dinner will be family style for all tables.
