Comfort Inn Rockland - Boston
We have blocked rooms at the Comfort Inn in Rockland under the reservation "Callahan/Hermann Wedding". Ryan and I will be staying here. Conveniently located just off the highway, the Comfort Inn is a short 2.5 miles to Holy Family Parish, where our wedding ceremony is being held.
Boston Logan International Airport
Logan Airport is about 20 Miles north of the hotels in Rockland. There is a free silver line bus you can catch from the airport that will take you directly to South Station in Boston. You can then take a red line train from South Station to Braintree. Braintree is 10 miles from the Hotels in Rockland.
There is also an express bus "Logan Express" that picks up at the airport and takes you to the bus station in Braintree for $12 one way or $22 round trip. Ryan and I recently utilized this bus on one of our trips and it was a quick 20 minute ride. It is recommended to make a reservation prior to your trip for this option.
Best Western Rockland
We have also blocked rooms at the Best Western in Rockland under the reservation "Callahan/Hermann Wedding". The Best Western is directly across the street from the Comfort Inn, where we also have rooms reserved, and is a short 2.5 miles from Holy Family Parish where our wedding ceremony is being held.
**PLEASE NOTE** This hotel has two floors and does not have an elevator. Please mention while you are making your reservation if you will need a ground floor room.
T. F. Green Airport
T. F. Green Airport in RI is another option for those flying. It is smaller compared to Boston Logan but still convenient. It is about 56 Miles to the hotels in Rockland
Holiday Inn Rockland
The Holiday Inn is another option for accommodations, and is in the adjacent parking lot to the Best Western. We were unable to reserve a block of rooms here as there are multiple other events going on in the area over the holiday weekend, however we still wanted to provide you with this option as it is also just a short 2.5 miles to Holy Family.
**PLEASE NOTE** We were told this property will be changing to a Double Tree sometime in April and prices may change
Cross Sound Ferry
Traveling from Long Island? The Cross Sound Ferry between Orient Point, NY and New London, CT is a nice way to cross the sound. We have both taken this route to visit each other multiple times and It sure makes the drive enjoyable! Reservations are recommended prior to your trip
Port Jefferson Ferry
There is also a Ferry from Port Jefferson, NY to Stratford, Connecticut. Reservations are recommended prior to your trip
