Rog and CC have known each other for quite some time. They were friends in middle school and were even in band together - how cute!

Nine years before they started dating, CC was annoying Rog on Facebook, posting on his wall often and telling him how much she missed him when he moved to North Carolina.

CC became a volunteer member of the New Egypt Fire Department, where Rog had been a volunteer for several years. They reconnected and several months later at the firehouse's annual dinner, one thing led to another and the two shared a kiss (or several). The following week, Roger asked CC if she'd like to hangout sometime. Their first date was at Woody's in Allentown. The next day, Roger decided it would be a great idea for CC to come over to watch the Super Bowl and meet his extended family. What a great second date!

Roger's sister Maddie asked if he had asked CC to be his girlfriend yet, to which Rog replied, "I didn't know I had to do that." Thankfully, Maddie told him duh he had to and CC officially became Roger's girlfriend on February 17! Yay! (thanks Maddie)

CC and Rog quickly became inseparable and went on lots of adventures (New Albany, PA, Watkins Glen, NY, seeing Greta Van Fleet in Asbury Park, going to Cape May, Wildwood, and Lake Harmony). Their biggest adventure was when they went on their Great Northeast Road Trip. They traveled up to Cape Breton, Canada and camped along the way in Maine and New Brunswick, Canada! What a ride!

As real adulting began and COVID hit, the adventures became less frequent, BUT they moved into their first home together (which is an adventure in itself)! Cheers to being homeowners!

The two decided it was time to add to the family and became dog parents to baby Sammie.

The day after their three-year anniversary, Roger proposed to CC at home before surprising her at dinner later that evening with a quick celebration with their immediate families and her maid of honor, McKenna, who flew in from California! It was a beautiful day and CC was so surprised! (good job, Rog)

The big day! CC and Roger cannot wait to tie the knot and celebrate with their friends and family. Hope to see you there!
