On September 13, 2019, Connor and Colleen met for the first time at Mannys Pub in Akron, Ohio. Colleen, being the outgoing person she is, walked up to Connor and introduced herself. They instantly found interest in one another and knew that they wanted to spend a lot more time together. Throughout the next few weeks, they continued to get to know one another surrounded by some of their closest friends and teammates at The University of Akron. Connor had asked Colleen to be his girlfriend a short time after that on October 30th of 2019. The rest of their college years were spent supporting one another from the stands as Connor finished out his baseball career and Colleen finished out her basketball career both at The University of Akron. The unwavering support from one another continued as they each started their own careers in the Cleveland area. Connor decided to propose to Colleen on July 22, 2023 at Catawba Island Club surrounded by their closest friends and family. After spending nearly 5 years together, Connor and Colleen will say, I do on August 10, 2024. They look forward to celebrating their special day alongside their family, friends and all of the people that they know and love as they take this next step in their journey together!
