Yes. Passenger coaches will be shuttling guests from the hotels to the venue prior to the ceremony and back to the hotels after the reception. The shuttle plans to pick up guests at the Marion hotel at 3:00 PM & then 4:00 PM, and a separate shuttle plans to arrive at the Bucyrus hotel at 3:30 PM & 4:00 PM to shuttle guests to Everhart Gathering Place. Please take the earlier shuttle if possible to ensure all guests who need to use the shuttle can be accommodated.

Please book your hotel room using our group room block no later than May 2nd, 2024. If the hotel room is not booked by May 2nd, 2024, there is no guarantee that a room will be available. Please make note that the shuttle will be picking guests up from the hotel to take to the venue around the time of check-in, so please request an early check-in time to your hotel room if possible.

Yes, our venue has a large parking lot for guests.

Yes! Our catering company is able to accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies (e.g. gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free options, etc). Please indicate your dietary restrictions on your RSVP.
