Please let us know if you would like a room for the night and we can mark you down for one. The rooms blocked have 2 queen beds. You can call the hotel and tell them that there are reservations under Colleen Raftery and that you would like to switch one of those reserved rooms to your name and put your card on file for that room you are switching. If you do this please let Colleen know so she can keep trace of the number of rooms on the reservation. You can also keep the reservation under Colleen’s name and Venmo her for the room if that is easier. If you do that then when you check in simply tell the front desk that you are there to check in for a room reserved for Colleen Raftery, no payment will need to be made at check in. Payment is due the day prior 10/9, and you can send Colleen the amount for your room and we will take care of it with our card on file. Cancellations get a full refund if done 48 hours prior so please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you do not want the reservation any longer. Check in is anytime after 1pm. Check out is anytime by 11am.
