Colleen and Peter met a few short times in 2017 before they officially started dating thanks to their mutual friend Meag Roefs!

2018

Colleen and Peter attended their mutual friend's birthday party one night in Farmingdale late February 2018 where Pete (finally) got Colleen's number. After bonding over margaritas, their official first date was March 1st, 2018 at Del Fuego in Babylon!

Pete and Colleen had such a great first date that the waitress had to come over and tell them that they were getting ready to close! Pete loves to remind Colleen that she left her wallet in the restaurant and he had to go back inside and find it. Almost 4 years later Pete is still not surprised at that!

A few months later Colleen started telling her friends that she thinks she met "THE ONE!" : )

Peter and Colleen were suppose to spend the day at the wineries out on the North Fork of Long Island with some of their friends. When Colleen and Peter arrived at Kontokosta Vineyard in Greenport, they grabbed some wine and walked over to the water where Pete popped the question! Colleen was so surprised! Pete even had two of his best friends hiding at the winery to capture the moment!
