Devon and Colleen first saw each other at the 20th year celebration of Hebron Bible Church on September 23, 2023. 

That next day, they connected on Facebook and began talking. Three days later, on September 27th, they went on their first date to Bubba’s in Strang and the rest was history. 

Devon and Colleen began spending as much time together as they could fit into their equally busy lives. Nine months later, the couple traveled down to Lovewell State Park for a camping trip with family. That first night, they went on a walk down by the lake and that is where Devon got down on one knee and proposed.
