Will dinner be served?

Yes! We have a wonderful meal planned out- each guest will get 2 meats, 2 vegetables, 1 potato, bread and salad. The options are the following:

Meat:

Chicken Schnitzel

Roast Beef

Vegetables:

Green beans

Roasted Vegetable mix

Starch:

Mashed potatoes

Bread:

Freshly baked bread from the Amana bakery

Salad:

Garden salad

What desserts will be offered?

We will be having a dessert bar full of many different options! The desserts will be prepared by our wonderful friends at the North Dodge HyVee in Iowa City. Guests are encouraged to take as many desserts as they desire! Love is sweet, enjoy a treat!

Will there be non-alcohol drinks offered?

Yes! Each guest can help themselves to unlimited lemonade, unsweetened tea, water or coffee. Pop/soda will be served at the bar and will be $2.

Will there be alcohol served?

Yes! We will be covering the cost of $1,500 worth of alcoholic beverages (and pop) after which we will be having a cash bar. There will be 2 types of Keg beer which will be free to all guests over the age of 21 at no extra cost. No outside alcohol will be permitted, any guest that brings any will be asked to leave.

Where do guests park?

Parking lot is located at the lower entrance of the building.

Will guests be required to wear masks?

We will not be requiring masks for our guests. Please feel free to wear one if you would like.

Where will the ceremony be located?

The ceremony will be located in the upstairs part of the venue. There are two entrances to the venue; the upper level entrance is handicap accessible for the ceremony, the other has stairs.

Where will the reception be located?

The reception will be held at the lower level of the venue. Guests other than family and bridal party, will be asked to move to the reception area after the ceremony has finished.

What kind of activities will be at the reception?

We have lots of fun things going on during our reception! Our photo booth will be set up in the far back corner of the reception from 7:30pm-11:30pm. We will also be doing the shoe game and dollar dance!
