Our story starts back in 2016, in Ewing Hall at Ohio University. Taylor and Collin were both freshmen, experiencing their first full weekend at school. Luckily, they had some mutual friends and ended up at the same pregame.

They quickly became friends and a part of the same friend group, all hanging out every weekend. Collin finally decided to ask Taylor out and invited her on their first date. As freshman in college, there weren't many options, so their first date was playing basketball at the student rec center & getting ice cream.

After their shared competitive spirit and love of ice cream, they quickly fell in love and started dating just weeks later. They shared many exciting times throughout their college years, from date parties to sporting events and of course, adopting their dog Elly.

Almost 8 years later, Collin got down on one knee at Ohio University and asked Taylor to marry him, in the same spot they fell in love all those years ago.
