If you stay in any of the listed hotels and cabins, our shuttle service will be able to pick you up from your accommodation and bring you to and from the venue. If you choose to stay somewhere else, you can still use the shuttle service by meeting in the shuttle service parking lot (address provided further down) or at one of the included locations listed.
It is a tricky drive up and down the mountain to the venue and there is limited parking that we want to reserve for our vendors. We highly encourage everyone to use the shuttle service.

Smoky Cove Cabins
A mountain multi-cabin resort only 7 min from the venue. The Shuttles to the venue will pick up and drop off here. A lot of options can be found on VRBO.
Summit On Bluff Mountain
A luxury cabin neighborhood with breathtaking views, only 5 min from the venue. These bigger cabins are a little higher up the mountain compared to Smoky Cove.

McGhee Tyson Airport
The nearest airport is Knoxville (TYS) Airport which is 24.5 miles away from Sevierville. Due to limited Ubers/Lyfts in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area, we recommend getting a rental car for the weekend!
Elite Shuttle Services
If you decide to stay elsewhere that is not on the Shuttle's route, you will need to meet at one of the pick-up locations. You can park at or Uber/Lyft to the Elite Shuttle Services Headquarters, and the Shuttle will pick up/drop off there.
Please indicate when you RSVP if you plan to get picked up at Elite Shuttle Services.
