I'm Flying In From Out Of State...Any Recommendations?
Your best option would be to fly into La Crosse Regional Airport (LSE) and have our hotel's airport shuttle pick you up upon arrival. Otherwise, you could choose to fly into either Rochester MN's Regional Airport OR Minneapolis (MSP) Airport and rent a car to drive to La Crosse (roughly 1.5 hours from Rochester and 3 hours from Minneapolis).
Can I Bring My Kid(s)?
We love your little ones, but at this time, due to limited venue space, we're asking for only those listed on the invite to attend. (If you have a plus one, please note that it will be addressed that way on your invitation)
What Should I Wear?
We're asking for you to dress up with us! Our dress code is formal, so please no hats or jeans.
What If I Have A Food Allergy?
When you RSVP, there will be a prompt asking if accommodations are needed. Luckily (or unluckily for some) the bride has a gluten allergy so 80% of the meal options will be naturally gluten-free.
(Yes, there will still be a cake that's NOT gluten-free too)
Where Should I Plan to Stay?
We've already set up room blocks at the Radisson Hotel in La Crosse (200 Second Street South, La Crosse WI) for October 3rd-5th, 2025. When calling to book, just mention you're looking to book under "The Lentz Wedding."
Is Your Venue Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes! Our ceremony is outdoors with a ramp walkway and our reception hall is all on one floor. (Same with the bathrooms)
How Do I RSVP?
Come Spring of 2025, when we send out our formal invitations, you'll be able to RSVP online. You'll only need to let us know of your attendance status and dietary needs as our food options will be family buffet style (meaning you get to choose from both options)
Will There Be Transportation Provided?
We will not be providing a shuttle (except for the hotel one to and from the airport) as the venue is only a quick 10 minute drive from the hotel. If you plan to drink, please plan accordingly. The venue does have parking available.
We will have an "Uber Discount Code" available for use for the guests who choose to rideshare.
What Kind of Food Will Be Served?
There will be salad options, both a chicken and beef entree, and two side vegetables. We will also be providing beer and wine with a cash bar available.
Word on the street is that there might be a soft-serve machine making an appearance too..... ;)
